Why natural light
Sunlight isn't just illumination. It's life.
- Lower daytime lighting costs, the sun works free
- Rooms feel bigger, warmer, and more connected to outside
- Venting models flush out summer heat and cooking moisture
- Natural light is linked to better mood and productivity
- Modern low-E glass blocks the heat, not the light

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What types of skylights do you install?
We install VELUX Sun Tunnels (tubular skylights), curb mount and deck mount skylights, roof windows, balcony windows, residential architectural skylights, and commercial skylights, in both venting and fixed models.
Do skylights leak?
Modern skylights do not leak when installed correctly with the proper flashing system. Most skylight leaks are caused by improper installation, failed flashing, or aging roofing materials, not the skylight itself.
Can you replace an existing skylight?
Yes. We replace old, leaking, fogged, cracked, or outdated skylights and can often complete a replacement in a single day depending on the project scope.
How do I know if my skylight needs replacement?
Common signs include leaks, water stains, foggy glass, cracked glazing, drafts, excessive heat gain, or a skylight that is more than 15–20 years old.
Should I replace my skylight when replacing my roof?
In many cases, yes. Replacing aging skylights during a roof replacement can help avoid future labor costs and potential leaks.
